By using GetRallied you agree to these terms. They're short and plain — read them.

The service

GetRallied is a tool for coordinating events: you describe an event, we help break it into tasks, people claim what they can do. We provide it as-is, on a best-effort basis. There's no SLA, no uptime guarantee, no warranty. Things may break or change.

Your account

• You're responsible for the email address and any sign-in credentials associated with your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate someone else.
• You're responsible for the content you create — event descriptions, task lists, banners, anything you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use GetRallied to:

• Coordinate anything illegal under the laws applicable to you or to participants.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger anyone.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email through our notification system.
• Probe, attack, scrape, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't have rights to.

We may suspend or remove any account or event that violates these rules, with or without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put on GetRallied. You grant us the limited right to display, store, and process it as needed to operate the service (render event pages, send confirmation emails, generate AI task breakdowns).

AI-generated content

Task breakdowns are generated by an AI model and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review and edit them before publishing.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetRallied is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, if you're using the free service, is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
